Jessica has been helping clients at OnTrac Financial for 3 years as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative. She has an expertise in Property & Casualty Processing, Life Process & Servicing, and Claims Process & Servicing. She is licensed in Life/Property/Casualty Insurance. 

Jessica began her career as a banker and manager, where she specialized in management and problem solving. When she isn't helping clients, Jessica has a passion for gardening and spending time with her dog, as well as making weekly donations to the Red Cross.
