Tim serves as the operations manager at OnTrac Financial, where he contributes recommendations for strategic plans & reviews, prepare & complete action plans, identify trends, and implement new productivity, quality, & customer-service standards. 

When Tim isn't serving our clients through implementation of action plans, he is an avid health & fitness enthusiast and proudly gives blood to the Red Cross regularly.
